Eurostia Investment Group Ltd was incorporated in Limassol, Cyprus on 7 June 2023 under registration number HE 447842 — formerly known as Eurostia Wealth Management Ltd. The company was founded by Agisilaos Demetriou, a chartered accountant and long-standing expert in Cypriot financial and real estate markets.
The founding insight behind Eurostia was straightforward: the best rental yield opportunities in Cyprus — particularly in Limassol and Nicosia — require professional local expertise and active management that individual investors from outside Cyprus cannot easily provide on their own. Property identification, due diligence, renovation, tenant management, pricing optimisation — these demand full-time local presence and deep market knowledge.
